i feel like i hit the lottery, going from a 32-inch to a 55-inch tv in my bedroom. but i couldn't pass up this television and its wonderful picture. my only complaint was no written directions for setting it up, only photos. while a picture is worth a thousand words, it would have been helpful to have a written how-to. but this tv is still a keeper. the last one lasted 15-plus years. i hope this one will do the same.

I do like the TV+ and just another piece of the so called cutting the cord. And the 3 year warranty that came with it was a nice surprise. What I do not like is the sound is extremely poor. The Just when you think you have it right and an add or commercial plates the sound almost doubled in volume. Definitely not enjoyable

The picture quality it amazing I never knew what I was missing till I got a Samsung crystal TV .the picture makes u feel like ur right there on set. And u can hook your phone up by just tapping the side . It has access to all the streaming sites as well as a icon for ur gaming systems. It's bright and easy to see . The Remote is easy to use as well lots of options. This TV does alot more I just haven't gotten that far yet .

My son plays all his games on it, and Samsung tv (app) is great I can find movies that aren't on other platforms. Great job Samsung.

Unboxing and setup were simple. More importantly, quick. Once on and connected to my tv provider, the picture (without tweaking) was amazing. Color and sound are exceptional, very close to more expensive tv's I have had in the past. I would highly recommend this model.
