Yes it's a true Alien TECH TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Stream with my TV. I have my Samsung TV integrated with my A/V SET UP & it works perfectly. I also have my Alexis integrated to enable streaming and showing music which I'm listening to. I've measured for my soon to be addition of the newest Samsung 65" or 70" TV. THE 65" IS MY CHOICE CAN'T WAIT. I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY TO HAVE CHOSEN MY TV.

Great picture

Tv is amazing

43" crystal uhd series 7

We have had great experiences with Samsung TVs and other Samsung products in the past and will continue to use them in the future. This particular one is in a bedroom and we really enjoy all of the features so far. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Issues with TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this for Direct TV and Streaming services. Sometimes there are lagging issues, pictures also becomes distorted/blurry. We have always used Samsung products, especially televisions because of quality of pictures. Also currently have model number UN55HU7250F and PN51E450A1FXZA and UN75NU6080F. We prefer the UN55HU7250F over all the others. Wish it was up to date, and not curved. Picture quality is best in our opinion.

Samsung has great TV products!

This is a great start for a someone who has never had a smart tv. It has many features such as complimentary networks that fucntion through wi-fi, applications for netflix, hulu, disney plus and more.

Works good, most of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after just a fews months of light use the screen went black from plugging in a thumb drive and required a reset. the manual contained no information on this, but i eventually figured it out. the "home" screen orders the apps its own way, and there are certain apps you can't delete. there's no ability to plug in any other speakers than a system that excepts fibre optics or is bluetooth. also the tv is very slow to react when pressing remote buttons.

Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great picture. The HDMI jack drops the sound to my sound bar often. It isn't the cord or the soundbar as I changed both out, it is definitely a faulty jack. Besides that it works really well.

High quality picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my Samsung Crystal UHD tv. The picture is very crisp and has vivid color tone. I did expect more features to be on the TV. Even if it is not the most expensive tv, it is still a Samsung. I thought it would have Bixby built in, but it does not. Besides that , it is a great tv. I am very happy with my purchase. I really like the smart remote! It is so cool. It knows and controls other devices that are hooked up to the HDMI ports in the back . If I can't find the remote for the streaming device I have hooked up, no problem grab the Samsung smart remote and it controls the device anyway. The wifi has a good connection. I haven't lost signal once while I was streaming. Overall it's a great tv. I would recommend this to everyone.

OK TV, global dimming feature ruins the experience

unlike a few other led backlit tvs, this samsung tv dims the entire areas of screen with a broader than required dimming. that makes the dark scenes a bit too dark, with the few lit areas in the screen also being dimmed. no good. next, the tv's smart meny feature sucks. i have roku for streaming, and this tv's ‘landing page' is the default one when turned on. to get rid of it, you have to press exit every single time. there is no option not to display the smart meny screen upon power on. sucks, samsung. did you get that? convey this to your software team. make the smart menu not default. people with their own streaming devices dont want to be bothered to find the tv remote every time to press exit. same foes for wifi connectivity. stop forcing customers to make the tv connect to wifi.

First, you can change the dimming feature of your TV by adjusting some of the energy efficiency features designed to reduce power consumption. To disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption, go to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. Next, to turn off Smart Hub, go to Settings> General> Smart Features> Disable Autorun Smart Hub. Try turning the TV off and on again, and the Smart Hub menu should be disabled, with the current Input Source banner displayed in its place. Alternatively, you can leave Smart Hub enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub 2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature 3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App 4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature I hope these tips help to improve your enjoyment.
