Love love love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung tv. I use it for gaming and Netflix mostly , it also comes with its own channels which I thought was pretty cool . Picture quality was the best I saw of all the brands and I now know to stick with Samsung if I want quality.

Satisfied overall, but..........

Everything is great with the TV. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, the Audio will not stay in sync with the Samsung Soundbar I purchased with it. It always has to be re-calibrated depending on if you are watching Cable, a streaming App or Gaming. I always have to fiddle with the sound delay. Hope I can get a remedy for this from Samsung.

More problematic than smart

bought this tv hoping to have a full solution for all my streaming apps. not the case. apps often display erratic behavior. tv's os is surprisingly slow for a linux platform too. picture quality is good. but needed to buy a roku, essentially rendering this tv as “dumb” and wasting some cash.

The issue with the Apps may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G WiFi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. Defective piece of crap

i pirxhased this tv in april to replace the 32” samsung i have had since 2008 in my bedroom. the first three months were great now the screen has a row of pixels out and the control panel needs to be replaced. samsumg is repairing rather then replacing the defective tv. i sold electronics for many years and i have owned and still own many samsung products. this is the last samsung product i will ever purchase. this tv needs to be pulled from the line up and redesigned if this is an issue many people are having.

Great purchase!

i was amazed when we set up this tv and first turned it on; the picture quality difference from our old lg was immediately noticeable. it was a great price point, a very easy set-up, and has amazing quality! the only two minor cons are i can't seem to connect the smart tv with a few apps i wanted to add, and we still have to use our directv remote to change the channel, which isn't ideal. but minor hindrances compared to the pros of this tv!

Worst Electronic device Ive ever owned.

this 75" samsung tv is hands down the worst electronic device ive ever owned. i bought new 4 months ago. repair man had to install a new power board. i have installed 2 apps...hbo max and Magellan now i get errors "memory full". i have auto updates turned off to save memory. i will never own another samsung.

Not plug and play

Haven't figured out how to get my cable box to work on it. Unless you're with Bell it's designed from the factory with hardly any options for cable suppliers. Instead of making it simple plug and play like LG they make it a hassle to hook your cable with any provider other than Bell

Have had this TV for 6 weeks and it is great. I have it ceiling mounted in my gazebo where I watch my Blue Jays games. I use my 5k wifi to stream the games. The super definition reduces the expected reflections one gets when out doors. I have it blue toothed to a set of speakers. Love it!

Samsung smart TV is the best

The TV looks crystal clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the TV and how smooth and clear it looks, on a sunny day with the sun rays shining I can just turn up the brightness and I can still see the TV so vividly. Only thing I don't like is the occasional lag, but it rarely happens so it's really not a big issue.
