I think they will work well

Bought these to wear to take out our puppy for potty breaks at our apartment. We just had a foot of snow and ice melt (Feb 2022) and the ground is saturated so I needed something to wear for water, mud, pee, and poop protection that will be easy to clean off. I wear a size 10 medium in ladies (U.S.) tennis shoes and I ordered a size 9. They fit just fine with or without socks. Not sure what a size 8 would feel like. They might be too small to get my foot and ankle past the ankle part of the shoe? They are on the heavy side, but I don't mind that as long as they don't leak. Easy to get on and off but they are stiff. I'm 5'6 and 180lbs and the calf part of the shoe is not too tight. The outer sole is very think and they seem like they will hold up.

No Waterproof

One of the boots leak immediately walking in one inch of snow.

Tore on third wear

The third time my husband wore the boots the entire lining came off the top of the boot where there is a tab to pull them on. Definite design fault.

perfect for chores

Got these for doing chores for quick and easy boots. Perfect for quick slide on! Almost come up to my knees! My toes do get a bit cold if I’m outside for long time frames. Not insulated. Still LOVE THEM

Good Quality

I do not wear these daily, but, I work in a salvage yard (very muddy) so I do wear them quite a bit. I've had them 8 months so far and they are holding up wonderfully. They keep my feet dry which is half the battle. The only con is I don't get great traction in mud. Which I've had the name brand (3x's more expensive) and I didn't get good traction in those either, so I didn't deduct a star. I love them and I will not hesitate to order a new pair when the time is here!

they work great

Got a size 3 in the youth for my son And they work great. We fish along the bank in south Louisiana and they have never leaked. Light enough for him to walk around all day in the woods when hunting as well. Seem to be lots of people having issues with them leaking, but we have had no issues. Got them on sale in the store for around $30. That was October 2018.

Great so far

Bought these for hunting. Have been happy with them. I figured I'd use them next year because they arent insulated however, I have used them every day and put my insulated boots on shelf here's why. Being as they are rubber and a bit looser, I can easily fit heavy socks in them keeping my feet actually warmer, mud doesnt stick to them as much as my regular hunting boots and then fall off while sitting in tree stand, they dont stay wet like my regular hunting boots, they make less noise than my other boots because of the softer soles so there is no clunking when walking. They run a touch big, I like to get a size bigger in boots to wear more sock, dont do that with these. The only draw back to the boots is that you made a pair of boots that people will likely use for hunting, why would anyone put a reflective strip on the top of the boots in the back?
