Excellent, surprisingly non stick but can sear & carmelize nicely

i opened my set 10/1/24 cooked on it today eggs STICK worse than my old wore out pans.I am very unhappy .now trying to figure out how to send back .

Great induction pans!

I bought these a week ago and returned them today. They were so terrible I am wondering if T-fal had a bad production run. The color of the interior of the pans was bright silver like I'd expect from a regular aluminum pan (it did not appear to have any nonstick coating and didn't look dark gray like the photos), and our cooking experience was the opposite of non-stick. The inside of the pans became significantly discolored after one use, and everything we tried to cook stuck to them. Given the price point I didn't expect these to be the same as our hybrid cookware that cost 4x as much, but given my experiences with T-fal's other product lines I did expect them to live up to the packaging claims, at least for a while.

Terrific pans. Nothing sticks! Have quickly become my favorite.

Used the biggest one for scrambled eggs (with butter) using a silicone spatula and they stuck to the bottom. Second time used the same pan for fried rice (with oil) and again stuck.

I received this after a long day so it was definitely a happy since I didn’t even know it had shipped, but when I tell y’all these pans are game changers! They are stainless steel and have the hybrid mesh stainless steel on the inside. So it’s heavy duty and durable with nice strong handles, but the inside does have that textured feel. I didn’t have any issues with things sticking to the inside and I’ve cooked everything from eggs to meat in them so far. They’re easy to clean like you’d expect a nonstick to be. The lids are also heavy duty and sleek, but still well vented. When I tell yall these have become my favorites to reach for in my cabinet lately! 😍
