T-fal HybridMesh 5-Piece Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Fry Pan Set

These pans work nicely. We had gone through lots of non-stick and they all failed after a few months use. This finish seems like it will last longer.

New Technology

I have bought T-fal cooking pan for years, but these pans started sticking on the second use. WOW I was very disappointed.

Not so good

Pans sear very well.  They stain really easily and so far, the trusted white vinegar does not help remove the stains.

Thicker pan so no warping and even heat distribution.

Solid and best non-stick I've ever had.

Food sticks to bottom of pans. Hard to clean with the mesh.

Excellent pans and equivalent to more expensive pans. We’ve used both and can’t tell a difference.

Hybrid pans

These are very high quality but don't do anything very well. You have to cook with them like stainless but clean them like non stick. so that means when stuff gets stuck, which it does, you can't use abrasives like barkeepers friend to get the stuff unstuck. I'm going to switch back to regular nonstick to supplement my stainless pans.

These are good sturdy pans for cooking that will look nice in your kitchen. They're non-stick, but not the weird infomercial kind of non-stick that's almost magical but only lasts a few years and doesn't let your food get browned. You will need to use butter or oil, your food will slide right off as long you loosen it with a spatula a bit, and you will sometimes need to scrub the pans clean, but the non stick surface isn't going to get scratched thanks to that interesting hex pattern that's part of the two-ply. These pans are for people who like to cook, not people who want to make eggs without using any butter.
