The cake was very tasty and perfectly decorated. I had to pick it up 24 before an out of town party, and it was still moist and delicious.

First of all I do not like ordering cakes online. I would prefer to talk to a person in the bakery and make sure my order is correct. Your website does not do a full review of your order such as going back and seeing what icing was picked. I did get the butter cream icing on the cake but my concern was that the whipped icing was going to be on there instead. again I am saying that a full review of the order needs to be done including the icing that was chosen. The cake was beautiful and very tasteful.

The online ordering of a cake is ridiculous. It didn’t have the view of the cake in the color I chose…the app did not work at all. Going somewhere else to get my cake!

I ordered the baseball cake, and my inscription said, To the best GRAND SLAM Papa and dad. Instead of baseballs it had soccer balls. I pointed it out when I picked it up and the guy who gave me my cake said oh sorry. He didn't offer to fix it. I need another cake on August 17, I'm going to Bashas instead of Sam's club.

The cake was decorated with the wrong color. And they did not have a name on the cake. And when this was mentioned to the employee, it seemed they were rude and then after that, they wrote the wrong name.
