I'm really happy with how the set looks on our deck and it is very comfortable. It does come in one large box so we had to rent a uhaul truck to get it to our house. I will say I didn't read the description well enough to realize that the covers are NOT waterproof which is inconvenient as I was hoping I wouldn't have to take the cushions on and off and could just leave the covers on. Other than that I am really happy with the look of the set.

Such a sleek look

I bought this set February 24th, 2021 by July 17th, 2021 the cushions were visibly melted from the sun. The Sunbrella fabric does nothing.

We got our set yesterday and are very pleased EXCEPT we received TWO sets (2 couches and 4 chairs) but no cocktail table. Still trying to get it resolved. Initially quite happy with what we received.

Missing seat covers

I purchased this about a month ago. It all came in one box and was well-packaged. The only assembly was the five minutes it took to put the coffee table together. It is a beautiful and very comfortable set. I love the wide armrests that are ideal for resting your drink and/or plate of food. When we had finished setting up the set, we noticed a slight dent in the metal coffee table top that must have occurred during packing/shipping. We call the phone # on the directions and spoke with a very professional, courteous service representative who requested a picture and receipt. We received a replacement coffee table top two weeks later. I love the custom-fit covers that came with the set that cover all four pieces. The covers came in handy the last month during the pollen invasion and rainy season. We have received many compliments. I would highly recommend this set.

I bought this patio set for my new house and I am in love. The black gives it such a modern update to normal patio furniture. I love the thick solid metal arms as it makes it almost a built in drink rest (drinks would fall over on regular wicker). The fact that they come with covers and throw pillows is HUGE!

We live the look and feel of this patio set. Comes in one incredibly large box & I needed to rent a truck to get it home. The only assembly required is for the coffee table & that was super easy. The only thing we wish is that the cushion covers were zippered so that we could wash the covers when needed. That's the only reason we didn't give this set 5 stars.

Missing 2 seat and 2 back cushions!

the sofa set seems sturdy, made with quality materials, but as i have read in some other comments, cushions are missing
