This is my second NordicTrack bike. High quality in both cases but this bike has a huge screen which I absolutely love-just like being there. Traveling the world, exercising while learning about the places you train with IFit and this massive screen really can't be beat. Love it.

I love my new bike. I use it every day. My only complaint is it took me days to get a hold of someone to tech-support. I submitted 2 support tickets that went unanswered. I finally had to sit on the phone for an hour and a half to get with someone to talk to someone.

The main Problem with the S27i is that you only put one locking Bolt that holds the Monitor to the bike frame. To be specific the 2" pipe horizonal (under phone or glasses holder below the monitor on the frame) the ONE bolt that holds the monitor from rocking keeps coming loose! Maybe this work with the smaller monitors, but you should reconsider putting two bolds in that area.

The bike was extremely expensive, but I knew that going in. I paid an outrageous sum to get the bike installed and the installers were rookies who weren't entirely sure of what they were doing. The bike makes a huge racket at times while riding. It took me almost a month of trying to get tech support and when I finally got it, it took almost an hour and a half to get the issue addressed so far as getting parts ordered. When the tech come out he pointed out that several parts installed at the factory were defective (rounded out allen head screws on the crank in two different places), and the part sent to me for the repair wasn't the correct part. So, weeks after getting my bike, it's still making an awful racket many times while riding it. The tech thinks it's the ball bearings in the crank. On top of it all, my manual had pages missing.

We bought the S27i in June 2022. We have had it 8 months now. My husband has always loved his street bicycle. He has done A LOT of street rides. He loves the mountains for climbing. Consequently, I was curious as to how he would take to this indoor cycle. The verdict is in - he absolutely loves this bicycle. The large screen makes you feel immersed in the location that you choose to ride. You have a choice of locations and instructors. It really is worth every penny. I have ridden it also. I am not a serious rider like he is and there are plenty of ride choices for me too. We are so happy with it that we are thinking about getting the NordicTrack elliptical too now. 2-6-2023

I bought my S27i when I was unable to run due to injury. After an adjustment period, it has turned into one of my favorite exercise activities. I really enjoy the different challenges and have started a travel list based off of places I've "ridden"! I'm so glad I bought this machine!

I chose the S27i Studio Bike over a Peloton. Overall, my husband and I love it, but it has some room for improvement, hence the four stars. We chose the S27i because of the larger screen size and incline/decline feature, whereas a Peloton only offered resistance variables. We also prefer the immersive rides in a given global locale vs staring at a trainer in a studio classroom setting. Here are my reasons for four stars instead of five. First, the seat is incredibly uncomfortable and we couldn't replace it fast enough. Second, the audio quality of the iFit videos is very choppy and they can be difficult to hear, which is frustrating. Third, the Peloton's software is much more robust, for example the Body Activity which graphically shows your past activity and which muscle groups have been worked, and recommendations for next steps. I can't even see which iFit rides I have completed so far, at least in an obvious place on the User Interface. Lastly, the tension knobs are not ideal for the adjustments that can be made on the bike, particularly the one holding up the weight of the 27" screen. During my first out of saddle ride, where I put more weight on the handlebars, the handlebars and screen dropped down to the default position. This makes me wonder how effective that tension knob will be over time with age... I really hope the manufacturer reads this review and makes the improvements I have suggested. I would buy this again over the Peloton but I am hopeful future improvements will come.

When my husband first mentioned investing in a studio bike, I was skeptical. I like to exercise outdoors and thought it would be just another piece of equipment collecting dust. Reluctantly, I agreed to buy one. After he put it together, I thought, wow that’s fancy. I must admit, I didn’t get on it right away. He started using it right away and I could hear the coaching going on behind the closed door. This intrigued me. I waited until he went to work, hopped on, and chose a beginner series workout. WOW! Tears of joy ran down my cheeks as the endorphins pumped through my body. I was hooked. I use it everyday from cycling to stretches and everything in between. The Studio Bike s27i is one of the best investments we’ve ever made. Also, the athletes are top notch and keep me going! They complete the workout.

The video quality is terrible and it skips during play. Very disappointed with this, Nordictrack, support after over three hours on phone said it was a application problem and they are working on it. I am currently working with them to try and correct the problem

Started building the family a home gym at the beginning of the pandemic. The S27i is the latest addition to the stable and fits nicely in a garage with a treadmill, weight rack, free weights, TRx, and such. The quality of the bike looks and feels commercial. It has the range to challenge those interested in steady-state or high-intensity training. Overall, it's a welcomed piece kit for the family's gym.
