I am using my Studio S271 bike most every day. I really enjoy the outdoor rides from different parts of the world. It makes my works fun. My only complaint is that Ifit needs to do a better job synchronizing the bike resistance and tilt with the terrain and/or trainers comments.

I’ve had this bike since November 2022 and so far I have loved it. The rides are great and I definitely think I made a good choice in purchasing this bike. You may read some reviews about the screen, going blank and stuff not working, but as of today I have had no issues with my screen or my bike whatsoever.

The S27i is a great bike. So many great features and only 2 areas that need improvement. Areas needing improvement is (1) the time you spend in the warm up and cool downs should be calculated in your stats. Currently it is not. I can ride an additional 12 minutes and ride an additional 12 miles in the warm up and cool down phase but it doesn't calculate it. (2) I wish it was compatible with Fit Bit. Currently it is only compatible with Apple watch/products. Other than those 2 things, I love my S27i bike and the numerous rides and fitness programs for all levels. My favorites are the beach/island rides. The larger screen, the BUILT IN FAN, not being forced to buy & wear cycle shoes, and the automatic incline and resistance is what made me choose the S27i over Pelaton. I also love that some of the instructors also provide facts about the location your ride is taking place in. You get a history lesson with your ride.

When my husband first mentioned investing in a studio bike, I was skeptical. I like to exercise outdoors and thought it would be just another piece of equipment collecting dust. Reluctantly, I agreed to buy one. After he put it together, I thought, wow that’s fancy. I must admit, I didn’t get on it right away. He started using it right away and I could hear the coaching going on behind the closed door. This intrigued me. I waited until he went to work, hopped on, and chose a beginner series workout. WOW! Tears of joy ran down my cheeks as the endorphins pumped through my body. I was hooked. I use it everyday from cycling to stretches and everything in between. The Studio Bike s27i is one of the best investments we’ve ever made. Also, the athletes are top notch and keep me going! They complete the workout.

This is my second NordicTrack bike. High quality in both cases but this bike has a huge screen which I absolutely love-just like being there. Traveling the world, exercising while learning about the places you train with IFit and this massive screen really can't be beat. Love it.

The video quality is terrible and it skips during play. Very disappointed with this, Nordictrack, support after over three hours on phone said it was a application problem and they are working on it. I am currently working with them to try and correct the problem

The main Problem with the S27i is that you only put one locking Bolt that holds the Monitor to the bike frame. To be specific the 2" pipe horizonal (under phone or glasses holder below the monitor on the frame) the ONE bolt that holds the monitor from rocking keeps coming loose! Maybe this work with the smaller monitors, but you should reconsider putting two bolds in that area.

I don’t really have anything to compare it to but the few bikes I’ve ridden at the gym hold no candle to my Nordictrack. I love the elevation changes I experience the whole nine. I really haven’t tried the settings to much I just let my instructor adjust it but it’s been great so far. I have about 30 rides on it and I’ve only had it about a month so haven’t missed a day yet.

The bike was extremely expensive, but I knew that going in. I paid an outrageous sum to get the bike installed and the installers were rookies who weren't entirely sure of what they were doing. The bike makes a huge racket at times while riding. It took me almost a month of trying to get tech support and when I finally got it, it took almost an hour and a half to get the issue addressed so far as getting parts ordered. When the tech come out he pointed out that several parts installed at the factory were defective (rounded out allen head screws on the crank in two different places), and the part sent to me for the repair wasn't the correct part. So, weeks after getting my bike, it's still making an awful racket many times while riding it. The tech thinks it's the ball bearings in the crank. On top of it all, my manual had pages missing.

Mechanically if you’re sharing this machine w/family the seat/handlebar adjustments could be easier and smoother. The placement of water bottle and weights make it awkward to swing a leg over. The reset button for screen should be clearly marked. The fan is noisy and the sound quality mediocre. Everyone finds the OEM seat uncomfortable and changes it. Software-wise since the leaderboard is gone it’d be nice if the graphs indicated how well I did against the parameters in each category. If I can’t compete with others at least I could compete with myself. Like, maybe I was 70% on-target w/RPM, 62% on incline, etc. Also, sometimes I wind up repeating rides in a series because for some reason it doesn’t remember I did them already and offers it up again. Weird. Anyway, overall we enjoy the bike’s large screen and smooth, quiet operation.
