This thing is awesome.

lots of versatility

It's a great microwave with one VERY significant downside- whenever you use it it it knocks out our internet connection. I bought two of these for the employee break room and every time it turns on, it messes up the internet connections in the building. We isolated the internet router on a separate power supply and it didn't help. The internet goes down when either one of these microwaves are turned on. We didn't have a problem with any of our previous microwaves.

Great size

This microwave worked fine at first, but we realized that it is SO leaky that it interfered with my son's Bluetooth headphones THROUGH 3 WALLS. I know microwaves can interrupt Bluetooth if you are standing right in front of it, which we have experienced before and is normal. But this is unacceptable, and I'm worried that it is dangerous. Upon further inspection I could see that the door is not fitted correctly and there is a huge gap around the entire door. This is going back to the store and I'm not even trying to get a replacement.

Great prices

I have had 2 of these. First one was damaged in shipping, not samsungs fault. Had to box it back up and send it back to get new one instead of dropping off at the club. I got the one with the blue clock display and I compared to the green I can't see it from 15 ft away. The blue just blurs together. Yesterday the display stopped showing the bottom part of the numbers. Will be taking this one back this week. It heats great but as others said it would be nice to have a one or two minute feature like other units where you just push the #1 or #2 button and it is automatic. I am not crazy about the end of cycle beep feature either (probably my personal preference). I heat drinks and food up early while the wife is still asleep and just seems a bit too loud, wish I could adjust it. I did discover that when the cycle is done you can push the end button and then it only beeps then number of beeps before the button is pushed. For weeks I was ending the cycle early so as to only get one beep. Other than that the interior is HUGE and it will cook items much faster than other microwaves I have had. I had to cut back reheating times to about 2/3 of my other unit.
