This replaced an old sharp 1500 watt unit. With the inverter technology I can't tell the difference. Use the cooking instructions provided - they work very well. This thing is big enough to fit any of my microwave cookware. I would recommend this item

Purchased this after visiting my son at Lake Murray SC … enjoy the spacious interior and user friendly interface! There were some negative comments concerning the child lock, however my wife and I use it. This is a sturdy, well designed microwave with a reputable manufacturer. Should this ever need replacing, if they are still in production, we will most certainly purchase another!

Bought it at a good price for the size and functions. Fit perfectly in the same spot as our old one, even though this one is a step-up larger. Great power/cooking options. Haven't had it very long, but it was a relief to have one that worked properly again! Our last one would stop properly, but then occasionaly restart after opening the door. I do wish it had a right-angle power plug. It's a minor detail, but just an extra step to secure the connection.

We are replacing the same one we bought 15 years ago that quit. This one is cheaper made as it uses switches instead of a soft touch pad. the volume is the same and the power is the same. I like it because it can do a 10% output for 10 minutes and cycle continuously with out turning "off" it actually powers 10% continuously. Most other microwave ovens would take the 10 minutes setting and be completely turn off for 50 seconds then turn on full blast for ten seconds for a repetition of ten times. This oven changes the on/off time by changing the pulse repetition rate. Example: If full blast is 1000 pulses a second, then 10% power would be 100 of the same size pulses per second. You can her the difference and 50% power would be 500 pulses per second and so on.. This is a much better oven because it spreads out the pulses accordingly and you have a better cooking experiance.

I looked at a similar Panasonic microwave years ago when shopping after a local flood event. I wish I had bought the Panasonic back then because I really like the way it heats food uniformly. It is very easy to use. But I’m used to the way my last oven started up with one touch unlike this panel where after entering “quick 30” you still have to press start. I’ll get over it. The one thing that is a little annoying is the wattage of the cabinet light it to low!

My old microwave oven broke down so I bought this oven as a replacement. Even though I only had this microwave oven only a week I just love it. I love it there is so much room to put food. I also love how the food gets evenly cooked. No more cold or hot spots in my dinner. Finally I also the high power means shorter cook times.

I had the earlier version of this microwave for many years, and it finally gave out the other day. It was the best one I've ever had, main reason I got it was because of the size, you can set two plates in it side by side. The only difference is that they changed the buttons on the front. I look forward to using this one for many years to come.

I got this for size and power. However there are some things to consider. 1. There is no Potato button for quick setting. 2. There are no quick - press 2 for a 2 minute auto cook. You have to enter 200 for 2 minutes cook time. 3. Be careful with the 3.2 Popcorn button. In most cases your popcorn will burn if left to complete the cycle on a 3.2 bag. 4. The LED interior light is not as bright as an incandescent one. The reheat and other setting seem to work fine.

I purchased this online as the local Sam's Club only carried the smaller 1.6 cuft model and for only $20 more I could get this much larger 2.2 cuft model of the same microwave. Great size with the glass turntable being approximately 16 1/2" in diameter. Also greater height of the opening so I don't have to stoop over to look inside when heating items or removing them. My old Panasonic microwave was 20 years old and still working great. Gave it to the neighbors when theirs broke, only because it was originally white plastic and had faded to a yellow color.

Had the older model of this microwave and when it needed to be replaced , I decided to go with the newer model. This is a really good microwave oven, Big capacity 2.2cf, 1250 watts, Turbo defrost and 3 levels for popcorn. I love the older model and love this model even more!
