These are great tasting "protein bombs" that are extremely low in sugar and carbs. One egg only has about a single gram of each, which makes them perfect for people who are watching their weight or blood sugar. I keep them around for the lunchbox, or to just snack on between meals instead of the unhealthy things people usually reach for to hold them over. I will sometimes sprinkle them with black or red pepper, or maybe even some Cajun seasoning. I love the texture too. Some people seem to be sketched out about the red color. Calm down, folks! It's only a touch of red food coloring for presentation. It doesn't affect the taste at all, and I happen to like the look.

My husband had been searching for this Brand of pickled eggs for over ten years! I just happened to see these on this site. Needless to say when they arrived he was like a little kid. I hope these eggs are in stock again.. Have bought two bottles.

I bought these out of the sheer fact that I cannot find pickled eggs anywhere. They are a bit mild; you can definitely taste the egg. I love these and will be buying them again.

Too vinegary!

The 2 eggs I forced down were over-cooked and only tasted of vinegar. These should just be called Vinegar eggs. I prefer the pickled eggs from Joe Jost's, Long Beach, CA.

These pickled eggs certainly did not have the taste, seasoning and flavor I was use to. Had to add seasoning to eat them. I will definitely go back to Big John.
