Although I like how easy these are to use, I honestly didn't notice as much of a difference as I had hoped for or expected.

It's pretty good. It truly does what it was designed to do, however, it made my teeth really sensitive so i had to stop using it for a little while.

Tried these before I started using the mouthwash. They work. You have to sit with them for an hour so the mouthwash is much more efficient

Tried and true products I've used for years. Expensive but well worth it. I probably use them more often closer to once every two weeks.

These work good for whitening but they don't get in the cracks between the teeth where a lot of the staining is
