I use this regulatory and love it. Can get a little gooey but it works so it's easy to put up with a little goo.

Whitened when I consistently used these. They are a daily/every other day sort of thing otherwise you loose the results.

I am a loyal crest toothpaste fan. I don't find that the white strips are as effective as I want them to be.
