Definitely do the job if used consistently. However I would not recommend these to people with sensitive teeth. I could not use them consecutively but had to do every other day. These allowed me to avoid the sensitive teeth feeling.

I love using these the week before a special event when I want my teeth to be brighter. They are very easy to apply as well as remove and they don't make my teeth feel too sensitive afterwards!

i'm not all the way through this set of whitening strips and i can see a difference, but they make my teeth really sensitive. i notice that after using them, my teeth are extra sensitive to cold temperatures in particular, but they definitely work.
