They do burn your gums a little bit, which is a bit uncomfortable, but they whiten your teeth much more than a store brand. I use them maybe once a week and my teeth look so white!

Kind of costly but worth it! It gets the job done ! I would not use this daily because it will cause a lot of pain over time with your teeth so be aware of that. Use every now and then! This stuff makes my teeth so white and I'm never going back!
