You can notice a difference in one use. Doesn't taste bad for what it is, none of them taste good. Will definitely cause some temporary sensitivity but any whitening product will, it's normal. They are a bit pricey

These strips work really well and are affordable! I'm a repeat user because of the convenience and price, but you definitely have to smoothen out the strip with your finger when you apply. I'll continue to buy this product!

These really hurt your teeth! They damage your enamel therefore your teeth are more sensitive. It definitely is something I won't purchase again! I've used them a few times and I'm not happy with results.
