I just want to say that this product is really amazing. I am 46 years young but my smile was definitely showing my age. I was getting very self aware that my smile wasn't what it was in my youth. Years of red wine and coffee had definitely affected my teeth in the worst way. The strips were easy to apply. Wait 30 minutes! It takes a little extra oomph to get them off. And then lightly brush and go. Within 3 days, my smile looks amazing. 17 more to go and it can only get better!

One of the most ridiculous and unfriendly kinds of packaging I've ever experienced. You need a buzz saw and armor to open a huge hard plastic/cardboard covering for two boxes which then contain feather light strips probably not weighing 1/2 oz. Not only a detriment to the environment but to the consumer!! Not worth the cuts, bruises and time to get to the little prize inside.

I use one of these kits typically once a year. I am currently using a kit and am enjoying the whitening effects as much as before. However, the strips don't fit my teeth as well as they did last year, and I can't tell which is for upper and which is for lower. It doesn't say anywhere on the box or on the directions. I've tried both on upper and lower. I settled on the longer narrower one for the bottom and the shorter wider one for the top. It's awkward. I have a harder time getting it to stay put on my lower teeth.

I am thrilled with the results I received with my trial of Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips. While I have been noticing great results with all of the Crest 3D products, I noticed a whiter smile after only one use of the Whitestrips. They were easy to use, stayed in place and there was no bad taste in my mouth while the strips were on my teeth. I was so happy with my results that I just had to share the good news.

Crest 3D whitestrips didn't cause tooth sensitivity like other at home treatments that I've tried in the past. Using the strips, toothpaste, and rinse, I saw a whiter smile after within days that hasn't faded. I'd recommend the 3D products to friends and family, and they're a great value.

I use the Crest Professional Effects strips every 6 months for 7 consecutive days. I put them on BEFORE brushing. First, I apply chapstick to protect my lips from the chemicals on the strips (and any stretching or pulling I may do to my mouth in the application process), then I thoroughly dry the front and back sides of my upper and lower teeth with a paper towel. I apply the strips, pressing them into the grooves between my teeth and around my gums. I remove them after 30 minutes, rinse really well, then wait another 15 minutes before brushing my teeth with toothpaste and my electric toothbrush. I do this just to be sure my teeth wont hurt from brushing too soon after using the strips. It's probably not necessary for everyone, but I have sensitive teeth, so... better to be safe than wincing. I drink coffee and tea every day, so my teeth could get pretty dingy if I didn't whiten them regularly.

I have been using Crest Whitestrips since they came out. I have tried many whitening products, but nonthing compares to the easy, fast, no-mess way of Crest. It is a great way to maintain a whiter, brighter smile and cost effective too! Always trust in Crest!
