This product had good reviews, so I decided to try it after getting my braces off. I used as directed for over a month, and did not notice any difference. In addition to this, it also makes my guns feel itchy. I look forward to trying some alternatives.

I used the old system before and they didn't stay on my teeth but let me tell you these do not move! They didn't hurt my teeth either! This is their best system yet that actually works.

I'm 5 days into this 20 day process and I've already noticed a difference. These strips are pretty easy to apply, and they stay put. I find that it helps to dry the teeth off before applying and to lay on my back so that saliva doesn't interfere. So far I'm very impressed and I can't wait to see the results at the end of the 20 days.

Professional effects are the way to go with the at home whitening kits. My teeth got significantly whiter than with other kits I have tried. It isn't as much as the box says it will but worked. I usually leave on for 1 hour instead of 30 min every other day instead of every day.

These are super easy to use, and I always get tons of compliments on how white and bright my teeth are. I personally do not use the strips as often as recommended, but I still see results. This helps a bit with spreading out the time between purchases since they are a bit pricey. I think they could be cheaper, but are obviously a much cheaper alternative to professional teeth whitening.

These work great if you use them consistently for the time it recommends ( I sometimes forget after one use so they may work better for others) and I've noticed slightly whiter teach each time. The only con for me is that I really dislike the hydrogen peroxide taste it leaves in your mouth but maybe that's similar in every whitening product?

I have tried a lot of whitening agents and this is by far my favorite to use, regularly. While it can cause your teeth to be sensitive, you simply just need to give yourself a longer break in between whitening. No worries, it is still just as effective, even with breaks in between.

I spoke with a dentist about using over-the-counter strips, and they said that there is no harm in using them - in fact, they work best if used shortly after a dental cleaning. These strips adhere nicely to your teeth, but you do usually get a strange taste of the whitening product (not harmful). It can be a bit of a messy process, and if you find your teeth becoming sensitive - use only once a day instead of twice. 

I use these all the time for when I have an event that I know I will be photographed at. They cause no sensitivity in my teeth and they work really well, especially considering the cost compared to the cost of a professional whitening treatment. Highly recommend!

I got a 2 pack of 40 whitening strips. I used to use them about everyday for 30 minutes, but then forgot about it and got busy. When I was doing it everyday, I could see progress with my teeth, but then it went away when I stopped being in the routine of doing it everyday.
