I've always used this milk and everything was great. I didn't know I was lactose intolerant until I ran out of this milk and bought a different one. Then I realized as soon as a I drink anything with any other milk, I HAVE to go to the bathroom as fast as possible, and let's just say it's chaotic. If you're lactose intolerant, GET THIS MILK IT ACTUALLY WORKS.

This is a very good milk. My daughter and son are both lactose intolerant and we switch to this milk and it has been the best milk ever for their bellies. It's smooth it has a tad bit of sweetness and it's overall better for their belly to process. It's comes in a cute little quart. Definitely worth trying. I even switch to this milk myself.

I'm a morning latte kinda girl. Every morning I brew up my espresso and froth my milk. I've tried every milk alternative, but there's nothing quite like real milk. My sensitive stomach does not agree, though. Lacy aid is a life saver-all of the great taste of regular milk without the stomach ache.

I grew up drinking this milk alone and genuinely did not know what actual milk tasted like until i hit my twenties. Lactaid is sweeter than actual milk but is still yummy and allows us with lactose intolerance to enjoy the simple things in life like chocolate milk without the tummy ache.
