I bought this milk and my daughter uses it for everything. I have tried it a few times as well. I do not feel like there is a big difference in taste between this and actual 2% milk. The only difference is I feel like it may be a little more watery. The price is a little on the higher side I feel. But defiantly worth it for my daughter not to have stomach issues. I would recommend this if you are needing a milk alternative.

Being Lactose intolerant this is the best. I'm not a fan of almond milk with the usage of water go make it so I enjoy this milk. It gives me zero stomach issues and tastes like milk. I would recommend this to anyone as they would never know the difference

This is amazing stuff. I like that I, as a lactose intolerant person, can have milk that tastes like milk without making me sick. I haven't had milk in so long honestly so I can't vouch for how it does it doesn't taste like milk. The lactaid ice cream is a keeper too. Now that stuff is amazing.

Unpopular opinion: this tastes WAY BETTER than normal milk. Normal milk leaves a film in your mouth and this doesn't! It is super smooth and really easy to use! It also give you more nutrients compared to other leading brands! Its also not overly expensive either! You really get your bang for your buck. I have been drinking it for over 10 years and I will never go back!

I was lactose intolerant for about 5 years and lactaid milk was my go to replacement. I hated taking their pills because they tasted awful to me. The reason I took off a star was because my sister who calls her self a “milk connoisseur” claims it tastes nothing like normal milk. I disagree it tastes pretty close but obviously there will be a slightly different taste. Overall it's a very good replacement.

My son can't handle regular milk. We started off with lactose free milk and he did better. This taste great and honestly to me you can't taste the difference. Has a similar texture as regular milk. It is higher in price for the size than regular milk.

As im aging, I've notice dairy bothers me a little more than it used to. I picked some of this up to try a few months ago and i really like it. I used it to make overnight oats, cook with, and eat with granola cereal and it was definitely gentler on my stomach but still had a really good flavor.

As I get older I could not digest regular milk, I accidentally purchased this Lactaid Reduced Fat Milk and did not regret it. This milk is super delicious, creamy and easy to digest. It contains nutrients such as protein, calcium, vitamins and potassium. This milk taste just like regular milk but without the fat which I absolutely love. I use this milk in my coffee and tea, also in cereal, baking and cooking. It is lactose free which is great for my stomach and I can drink it without feeling sick. I love the shelf life of this lactaid milk. I do not have to rush to use it up. This Lactaid Milk is reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend.

This is the milk we buy in our home. Our kids bellies always hurt after breakfast with regular milk. But after trying this everyone felt so much better. Even tho my kids aren't allergic to milk this product taste just like milk and they don't have the pain

I was an avid cereal-and milk eater until my son was born. Regular milk makes him extremely gassy, so I have avoided it. I was really hurt and missed milk severely. Why it took me two months to think of Lactaid, I have no idea! I was hesitant at first, thinking it would taste icky but I have to say I it tastes just like regular 2% milk. Thanks Lactaid for bringing back my milk life!!!
