This is a staple

This is a staple for lactose-intolerant folks. It really does taste like regular dairy milk with the same consistency and everything, but it does taste a little sweeter due to the sugar replacement for lactose. Either way, it can still be used in recipes that call for milk.

Lactaid is better for you

We, as a household, switched to lactaid when our daughter was suspected lactose intolerant at a young age by her pediatrician and we haven't gone back all these years later because we love the taste, nutrional value, and the simple fact that since noone in our house drinks milk fast enough that with lactaid it doesn't go bad within a week like dairy does. It does cost more but it's a fair trade for the other benefits. I do recommend 10/10

I grew up drinking

I grew up drinking this milk alone and genuinely did not know what actual milk tasted like until i hit my twenties. Lactaid is sweeter than actual milk but is still yummy and allows us with lactose intolerance to enjoy the simple things in life like chocolate milk without the tummy ache.

Fantastic product for people with lactose problems..

This product is fabulous for people who are lactose intolerant...there has been no problems with my stomach since I started using this product...I prefer the 2% fat...it tastes wonderful and truly is a milk product but without the harshness...I love it...

Lactaid 2% Reduced Fat Milk is the milk I use for my family and extended family because some avoid milk due to sensitivity to lactose.

2% Reduced Fat Lactaid milk is great for all my cooking and baking. I like to enrich my recipes with milk to make food taste better and provide added calcium and protein to my family's diet. I add it to mixes for cakes and bread that call for water too. I know I'm not having to leave out my favorite ingredient just because of lactose.

For when my stomach can't handle the whole

I use this often when I can't handle whole milk or half and half. It tastes yummy, and doesn't have any funny taste like some do. I'm sorry there's some that just do! Lol. I use it in my iced coffee sometimes, and of course in my whole mad pastas that I add milk to. My grandmother also uses it for her morning coffee lol. I have lovely memories of using this milk with her over coffee.

Lifesaver

I have lactose intolerance (undiagnosed). My 2d son had lactose issues when born. He was not able to drink 'regular' baby formula. When he was old enough for regular milk, I started purchasing lactaid (as it was the only milk on the market that was for lactose intolerant people). He would drink a lot of milk everyday. As the years have gone by, the product has become more tasteful (more like 'real' milk) and I have been able to mix with 2% milk (some days). Lactaid tasted like baby formula in the beginning, although in all those years past (27 to be precise), it has become better tasting by itself. I am an avid user as 'real' milk still bothers me. When I was 1, my mom has in my baby book that I had issues with real milk. Wonder if that was a precurser to lactose intolerance? Anyway, so wonderful that there was something made as I have used it for many things, including dunking cookies, and am very thankful that I have been able to continue using this product over the years. Thank you. And....I would reccomend all products for anyone that has issues with 'real' milk products. Actually, I have.

Great for sensitive tummies

Like so many people I know I don't really do so well with dairy anymore. I love a big bowl of cereal or some milk and cookies once in a while but I really paid the price for it if you what I mean. I tried Lactaid milk and have never looked back. It's a little more expensive than regular milk but it's totally worth it in my opinion. No more stomach distress.

I became lactose intolerant

I became lactose intolerant after gastric sleeve surgery. I really enjoy milk, cheese, ice cream, well all dairy and was sad when I couldn't eat it without discomfort. So I tried lactaid milk. It is delicious! Because the lactose is removed, the milk tastes sweeter. Not crazy sweet, just a bit.

A lactose intolerant person's dream

Lactaid was my saving grace when I was lactose intolerant. I couldn't have dairy for a decade and this was so good. They have other products too but this was my favorite. I was able to enjoy cereal and box macaroni and cheese again. It was really nice.
