Since I cannot tolerate dairy, but love cereal and milk, Lactaid was a game changer for me! No more feeling sick and getting sick after using whole milk! This is the only Milk I keep in my house now! Tastes good and I don't get sick from it! Win/win for me!

I'm newly lactose intolerant and I've found that this and the 1% lactaid milk are great alternatives for me. I don't drink a lot of milk daily, just a splash in my coffee or in a bowl of cereal and these have a great fridge life as well as flavor. Tastes better than some other lactose free options I've tried.

Very good milk for lactose intolerant people. I enjoy my milk a lot and this brand does not take away any of the yummy flavor when making it safe for lactose free people. It is very creamy and still tastes entirely like normal milk. I would recommend :)

I have been using this for years...it is expensive...I will pour it on my cereal or oatmeal. When I drink it I pour half a glass of.mail and add the other half water....it really helps me to be able to.drink it that way...add a few.ice cubes...I do this every night with dinner. I cook with it too and no one notices anything different...if you havent tried it, give it a try. I tried their.chocolate milk and enjoyed it too

This saved my life. I'm lactose intolerant and still love diary as much as the next person does, but I really needed a way to substitute it. Almond milk was too sweet for me, but this tastes just like regular milk! A little more expensive, but for me it's 100% worth it.

I've used for almost 30 years. Great product, thank goodness they fixed the 'taste' after a couple years. I have found I prefer Lactaid over other brands unless I can't find Lactaid. W/More people finding & suffering from intolerances, it can be difficult to find sometimes and I do have to go to other. But always return to Lactose brands.

I decided to try this milk because I do not like the taste of Soy Milk or Almond Milk and I cannot drink regular milk. Lactaid tastes just like regular milk but what I love is that I can drink it without having to worry about how I'll feel after. It's a little expensive but it's worth it!

I do not like the taste of milk - unless in cereal! I use this when cooking and baking as well to help us with our stomach issues (if you know what I mean!) I have never tasted a difference between using this and other milk. I recommend this if you have not tried it before!

Like the other people too I too found out that I was lactose intolerance and went through a very bad phase of dealing with regular milk issues but once I tried lactaid milk it was so good and it didn't upset my stomach either honestly I can't get enough of lactaid milk and chewables too

We buy this milk for our household because my husband is lactose intolerant. I don't drink milk much so I use his and it honestly tastes like regular milk. I use it for cooking and baking as well and it produces the same results as a regular milk does.
