Lifetime has very responsive and nice service. They went above and beyond for me to get the solution and parts I needed. 10/10 will buy lifetime products again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Bought this a year ago and just got another lifetime kayak to do with it. These are the best starter kayaks and gave great features for the price. Customer service is great too with helping find replacement parts.

This is my first kayak so I have nothing to compare it too. That said, it's been great. Stable, tracks well and is easy to throw in the back of my truck (50 pounds). I just oredered a second one so the wife and friends can join me.

Anchor clip for the seat on my kayak broke. Contacted customer service to obtain replacement parts. Provided photo of clip and serial number of kayak. Customer rep provided replacement/repair kit under warranty.
