We bought our Lifetime Angler Tamarack Kayaks 2 years ago and absolutely love them. We just bought 2 more for our kids when they visit. We had a couple parts break. Since I could not find online, I called support. I was so happy to be able to get the parts. To my surprise, Customer Support Agent said no charge. Great job sorting your products. I bought a lifetime tamarack angler 100 kayak over a year ago. The sit on top seat came apart while fishing. I contacted Lifetime and with no hassle at all, they sent me a replacement seat for it at no cost. I will continue to do business with a company that treat their customers good. Thank you lifetime. You have gained a lifetime customer because of a little ole seat.

Ordered one of these through Walmart and it came missing pieces, didn’t even ask for the company to cover cost just wanted info in order to replace and they sent free of charge. Definitely a company that stands behind they’re product and cares about customer service. Impressed with the kayak so far can’t wait to take it out again

Very good design. The width of the kayak allows for great stablity. Sits so nicely in the water and glides effortlessly across it. Paddle is adjustable and not heavy at all. Dry storage is very sufficient. Great kayak with super features for a remarkable price!

I love my Lifetime Tamarack fishing kayak that I took to Baja in April and used to catch fish for dinner many times. When I got home I lost the rod holder attachment. I emailed Lifetime and a replacement just arrived. Thank you so much, I'm returning to Baja with my kayak in two and a half months ready to continue fishing!

We have 4 Lifetime Tamarack Angler kayaks for the family and absolutely love them. They track well and are very stable and being sit on top models they are easy to get on and off of. As far as their customer service Dany, the rep that I worked with, was very responsive and got the items I needed shipped promptly. If you're looking for a good and reasonably priced kayak buy Lifetime.

Customer service was very fast responsive to email next day. So quick and very easy to get a problem sorted out thanks to the awesome customer service the company has. I have a ton of lifetime products and have always been amazing products that are durable and last. I got another brand kayak for my birthday but didn’t feel secure on it. So, long story short I am selling that one and we bought my husband a new Tamarac and I took his old Tamarac. The wells didn’t have baskets and I asked customer service and they got me well baskets at no charge! Thank you!

I was inquiring about hatch baskets for my Lifetime Tamarack 100 because I wanted to keep my belongings together while inside the hull.
