I bought a Tamarack Angler a few weeks ago on line. After seeing other brands, I'm glad I did. The quality is excellent. When I got it, the shipper had lost the certificate and rod holder. When I called Lifetime, Skyler in cust service thanked me and made sure I got both items.

The Tamarack is a fantastic value, the best overall entry level fishing/recreational kayak on the market and strong enough to be more than entry level. You can make it whatever you want it to be for a fraction of the cost of others. And a company that stands by their product and makes them in America as well!

I've had this kayak for a while now and I love the holes for my fishing poles. I like that it's wider then other kayaks. Lifetime warranty is amazing!!! I had one of the hatches blow off and I called them and another one was sent out. The design on the hatches are improved now so you can't loose the hatch lid.

I've had the kayak for seven years now, and it's been wonderful. Love fishing in it! Recently it needed new parts. Dany was wonderful to work with throughout this process. Own a Lifetime Table and now a Kayak. They are both well made at really good price. Highly recommend Lifetime Products. Had the need contact Customer Service for assistance, they were responsive and very helpful. I broke a part completely my fault and they replaced it no questions asked.... Thank you Lifetime Service. You folks ever design a pedal Kayak and need a tester I am in!!!

This seems to be a great kayak! Lots of storage, strap cords and handles seem higher quality, paddle is nice. Mine came without the rod holder that was suppose to he included, one email is all it took to get one sent to me with tracking info. Seems like a great company as well. Highly recommend.

I discovered the 2020 model of the Lifetime Tamarack came with a bucket for the front hatch which would be a great addition to my 2019 model. I contacted the lifetime customer service site and the rep was extremely helpful in getting one sent to me...at no cost.

I recently acquired a Lifetime Tamarack Angler 100 Fishing Kayak from my Son-in-Law as he bought it last year and used it minimal times and just wanted to get rid of it. When I got the Kayak the only thing missing is the Rod Holder, so I sent Lifetime and email in an attempt to get a replacement one. Lifetime was extremely responsive and has mailed a new Rod Holder for free. Excellent Customer Service. Now waiting on my Life Jacket to arrive and will try this out for my first time kayaking. Ordered one of these through Walmart and it came missing pieces, didn’t even ask for the company to cover cost just wanted info in order to replace and they sent free of charge. Definitely a company that stands behind they’re product and cares about customer service. Impressed with the kayak so far can’t wait to take it out again

I was missing a few parts from my Angler so contacted customer support regarding purchasing a drain plug, part of the rod holder, and paddle bungee. They asked for my name and address so was expecting an invoice but they sent out no charge. Quick replies via email, just really easy to deal with and very friendly. Customer for life!
