great boat but both the seat strap clips broke on its maiden voyage making it impossible to paddle without hurting your back.

had a issue from delivery contacted lifetime and they rectified the problem and sent replacement parts right away great company!!

I love the kayak and the set up but I did not receive a seat cushion, how do I go about getting the seat cushion
