I bought my kayak A year ago in my seat came off. I called their service number and they sent me a free seat, and they were really nice to.

Called for a replacement hatch and they got right on it and shipped it out, for FREE. Yep. Not sure why but I didn’t ask. It’s on its way.

Haven't used them as it is winter. One of the carry handles was broke apon arrival. Other wise they look great.

Great all around kayak. Often used on the lake and river. Wonderful storage. Has held up very well with lots of use.

The customer service rep I talked to was awesome and super friendly and just all around top notch service

My rod holder went overboard and they sent me a new one no charge, no questions asked. Can’t beat that!

Sent a email cause I had a question bout the scupper plugs for my kayak and the rep responded back rapidly n was right on top of his game
