Auto locked stopped working a few months in and it barely got used. Tried new things batteries and now we have to use the key just to open and close it.

Received my safe on 02-01-22. A little confusion with the shipper but it came early. The safe was in great shape. I thought it was well packaged. It works well, the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this produce.

This Safe works well with the digital lock but I think a dial lock would be more secure. I looked around a lot of Web sites and WalMart had the best price with free shipping. Compare to $1111.00 for the same safe at another big box store. Good Deal, big size.

This safe was purchased for my office about 5 years ago and over the years the push buttons have gotten worn out. We got to the point where only a few numbers were able to work and 5 numbers are needed to program--6 mos ago our Fix it guy called Sentry to reorder the push button pad and we were sent a square pad to fit into the round hole. We provided the product identification numbers and were told that this key pad no longer exists!

The safe is fairly well made and exactly the right size for the location I needed to place it. I think it is best to bolt this down to my concrete floor, so that is my next project. I think it would be hard for an semi-experienced thief to get in to.
