We had to tape back the batteries in the battery holder because each time we closed the door, the security code section would not work due to batteries coming loose in the door.

I love this safe becsuse its easy to set up and use. It give me a few ways to open it. This is my second Sentry safe and I'm completely pleased with their profucts. The safe also looks pleasing.

I lost my keys and I don't have the key nr, only the serial nr of my safeI can open it with my combination number, but I need the key as security if the combination pad has a problem

I could not find an electronic safe of at least 6cu ft for a good price that was also high quality. I trust Sentry safes as this is the 3rd one I have owned! Thank you

The safe is a good size. The smell is overwhelming inside of it. I don’t know how to get rid of it. I am disappointed about the loose fit of the door. Not sure how it will protect against water and/or fire.

This security safe is a good value. It's too heavy to be easily stolen, yet small enough to hide without too much difficulty. The keypad buttons work better than most safes with electronic locks.

I use this with a Chw-30200 sentry safe large chest because the T0-331 is not fire or water proof but the 30200 is water and fire proof and fits inside the 331. Overall great product and easy to use. I like the keypad and skeleton override key.
