I received this product yesterday, and assembled it right away. Half way through the assembly I noticed that the top was damaged. It was to late to do anything about it except to try to minimize the dent. Later, while putting on the top left corner protector one of the pre-drilled screw holes stripped. I could not remove the screw. Again, another problem with the front of the cabinet. I ended up having to super glue the screw in. I tried to call the 1-888 #, but was on hold forever. NOTE: Once you pull this product out of the shipping box you are stuck with it. There is no way you will ever get it back into the box to return it. I have been a customer of Sam's Club for years, and love their store. This product, however, was one big disappointment.

The cabinet is great easy to put together but wish it would have come with rolling casters.

I purchased this as well as a Seville UltraHD workbench, two cabinets and a rolling six drawer tool cabinet. All are a great addition to my garage. For those considering a Seville product I hope the following helps. First and foremost if you are hesitant about ordering online (like I was) have no fear. Seville customer service is outstanding. One of the parts to my locker had a dent in it. I emailed Seville a copy of my receipt and a few pics of the damage. Seville replied with an apology and sent out a replacement right away. It was obvious that the damage was not shipping related, but rather, slipped by QC at the factory. These products are well packed! Second, this stuff lasts a long time. I bought some similar garage storage products from Sam's over 15 years ago. May even be the same brand, not sure. They look like the same stuff. Never the less Seville provides a quality product. Finally, the assembly instructions are very well written and easy to follow. To those of you that don't read instructions, good luck! Lol. Either way you will need some time for assembly. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and would buy again. Sam's has the best price that I could find. And you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service than Seville.

This came in pieces to assemble. You can unpack piece by piece so do not have to lift the box. The cabinet looks great, I am using in the laundry room. I bought 2 extra shelves and 2 set sets of wheels. It is is so roomy and holds a lot. I am using for a pantry. I am so impressed.
