Purchased Destination X/Ts to replace the original Goodyear Wranglers. The difference in road performance between the two is night and day. Regardless of weather conditions, and in Wisconsin that means rain, sleet, snow, and ice, the XTs perform flawlessly. They really grab the road when Mother Nature decides it's time for weather! They have a touch more road noise than the AT/2s we have on our other vehicle, but they are actually a low noise tire. Lastly, the XTs have somewhat of an aggressive look to them, but not over-the-top. They actually look really cool! So happy with my X/Ts and highly recommend them!!!!

Terrible ride and noisy. Took back to have auto select Analyze them, they told us it was our U joints and drive shaft . Had 3 different shops and diesel mechanics look at truck. Replaced U joints, had drive shaft balanced, still same ride and noise in truck. Had truck analyzed again and all comes back to the tires after everything else has been fixed. Will not go back to auto select and will not buy another Firestone tire. Had issues in the past with Firestone tires, but was told they were so much better, shame on us for believing them.

James was very helpful when I was looking for 10 ply tires. Wanted these due to pulling trailer and he took me directly to page on site so I could see specs for myself and made it easy to purchase online or in-store. We ended up going in-store to buy and see in person. They look really nice on our truck. Took it from looking like a regular Truck to a nice work truck that can handle anything.

I purchased these after doing a lot of research. My previous tire brand was terrible, I had to get 2 sets as the first set dry rotted prematurely after a few months. I opted for the Destination X/T because they were highly top rated on every reputable source, I have loved these tires since having them installed. Just wanted to say Firestone crew did an awesome job In a short time frame. While waiting for my vehicle they had some upset customers that don't understand the process of how the work is done. But the staff handled it great and that make me want to come back for future purchases. I'm on my 2nd wrangler & I just bought these tires for a 3rd time. The main reason is these tires wear very well they last a long time, the 4 I just replaced yesterday Oct. 27, 2022 I bought back in Feb. 2018. And I drive a lot. Also Back & forth from Florida a couple times. Someone complained about noise but you gotta remember these are not passenger car tires which are built to be noiseless. These tires are especially good for me because there built to be rugged & be able to handle the tough road conditions & summer heat & freezing temps & pot holes up here in the Northeast.

purchased tires in April and had one of the tires go flat today while driving. upon inspection of tire, could not find any foreign objects or holes, so tried filling tire up with air. immediately i could hear it leaking, flipped it over and could see the large 'tear' or 'crack' between 2 lugs and going down towards the sidewall. when i brought the tire back in to the shop that sold and installed the tires, they tried to tell me that it is a puncture/cut and is road hazard. I do not have road hazard, but there is no way this is a puncture or cut. How do I have this looked at for a 2nd opinion for a manufacture defect? I can attach pictures if that will help. as of now the shop is not willing to cover anything on this almost brand new tire.

I love these X/T tires. My old tires I only heard tire noise, now with the X/T I only hear wind noise and zero tire noise. I love my truck now with these X/T tires which makes my truck feel like a luxury car ride. Traction on wet and snow surfaces are great. This will be the only tire my truck will ever have on it and now my friends are all getting them too. Best tire ever .

This will be my 4th set of 265/70r17 between my two 3/4 ton pickups and I plan to go bigger to see if they will impress me even more. They are amazing in deep snow mud sand and rock. And they are great on bad ice as long I kept it 55. I highly recommend these tires I put them to work every day and thru play seeing if I can get it stuck down unplowed roads. I hope they make these tires forever because I believe and trust these tires more than an other and will continue to buy them.

I very recently drove from Texas to Maine with my 2006 Chevy Silverado WT. Extended cab, long bed, 5300 lbs, and a new set of Firestone Destination X/T tires. I was a little concerned before leaving. The tread is pretty aggressive and I wasn't sure how well it would do at interstate highway speeds and hurricane torrential rain coming through the southeast. The tires were great at highway speed and a number of slower passage muddy, heavy run off water detours. They also navigated some heavy road construction with rough lanes and uneven surfaces. They did have a slight hum at speed, but the ride quality was surprisingly good. They looked like new after the first 2,200+ miles.
