You couldn’t taste or feel a textural difference in the chips but the bag and bites were less greasy. The chips had the same great flavor and crisp without additional unnecessary ingredients and improved nutritional information. The flavor was full and bold with a great crunch. Paired them nicely with turkey burgers for a better for you picnic dinner.

Cape Cod is one of my favorite brands because they deliver that extreme crunch and pure potato flavor that I enjoy so much every single time. Tasting and loving the Less Fat version from one of my favorite brands could not get any better! Super crunchy, the right amount of salt, perfect size and thickness of chip plus that unbelievably rich potato flavor and mouthfeel that all of that provides is a true win win! We will most definitely continue to purchase Cape Cod!

These have 40 percent less fat than other chips and they taste just as good if not better They are gluten free and non gmo. Also no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Overall great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cape Cod Less Fat Original Potato Chips are a decent “middle-ground” snack: it seems to be better than many heavily fried chips if you care about fat content or simple ingredients, but still a processed indulgence rather than a health-food item. If your goal is a classic chip taste with a little less guilt, they work reasonably well, just manage portions and keep expectations in check. If you want a genuinely healthy or low-carb snack, you’ll likely want to look elsewhere. Especially as these are not cheap!
