They are healthier (less fat) not because they have some weird ingredient to make them lower fat, but just cause they are better drained after cooking them. This means they arent greasy like potato chips so often are! I dont really eat chips because of the greasiness. But these….ive already bought another bag!!! Great potato flavor, and plenty of salt but not loaded in salt. These are addictive…easy to eat half the bag if youre not careful!

My picky son who has sensory issues with foods actually loved them also. We loved that they had no artificial dyes or extra garbage ingredients in them. You can't tell by the taste that they have 40% less fat like most other foods. Most kettle cooked chips are too hard but these were perfect. We will definitely be buying more as a staple of snacks in our home!!!

The mix of canola, sunflower, safflower, and even soybean oil are not good for my body. The taste also isn’t as addictive as most other potato chips, which I guess is a plus since I actually put the bag down instead of overeating like I usually do. Overall, decent texture but disappointing ingredients.
