The crab I bought there before for $69.95 was always reasonably priced an very clean. Now they use their own brand for $89.95 the quality is beyond poor, very slimy and dirty I have recently bought 2 boxes at different times and had to throw away about 1/2 of each box. Very dissatisfied . Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Never again, I will buy them at my local market. They did reimburse me for 1 box.

We were not sure about buying them the first time but we love crab legs and decided to give them a try. We were delighted with the sweet taste and enjoyed every bite. We have been buying them on a regular basis and feel they are a treat because we can do them at home with melted butter and a big salad and sit and enjoy a delicious dinner. Thanks for a great product. We will be continued buyers of these snow crab legs.

I bought this for valentines day. I usually do every year but skipped last year because they got to be too expensive. Decided to get them again this year even though they changed to their brand name. We were very disappointed because some legs had no meat and if they did have meat it was about an inch or so in the leg. Plus half the meat looked spoiled and brown. I'm getting very disappointed in several if members mark brands they went to.

This brand of crab is delicious. Very tasty and enough to feed 2-3 people from just one bag. We season ours with Old Bay, lemons, salt and an onion. If it's in season, I throuw in a couple small ears of fresh corn as well.I highly recommend this product and I don't think it will be the last time you buy it!

I don't know what's going in lately... But, I have been consistently buying these (about 4 bags each shopping trip). Each time, atleast a few of the bags, if not every one is rotten or has most clusters that are rotten (black). I haven't said a word or attempted to return any of them, but it's getting ridiculous at this point.

I bought these a while ago even after I read the reviews because I had gotten some in the past that were great but this time they weren’t fresh. I emailed Sams club but no response. Look at the difference between the 2 clusters. Will not purchase again

After purchasing our crab legs for the first time we were very excited to try them. But that excited dissappeared quickly after we opened them and one of the three leg clusters was brown and smelled horrible. It was just disappointing that about a third of the product was bad from the start.

Bout two packs, noticed origin was Russian. Legs weren't red but a dirty orange, however they were huge for snow crab. Meat was good but legs were only half full of it. One cluster was deep brown and had to be thrown out. If sold as snow crab it must be it or told what species it is. Won't purchase agian simply because of this episode. Once more the meat wasn't bad but if you put a standard of what you eat or serve, these are iffy.

I read the reviews for this product and almost didn't purchase, so I felt like this review was absolutely necessary. I bought these yesterday, and had them for dinner last night. I rinsed the ice off of them and boiled them in unsalted/unseasoned water x5 minutes as directed. They were meaty and delicious. They were not overly salty. I made a lemon butter dipping sauce and added my seasoning there as I didn't want to add seasoning to the water and risk them being overly salty. Have I had better, bigger, meatier crab legs? Yes. But were these delicious, convenient, and competitively priced? Also yes. If you're on the fence, I would say go for it.

Not very good tasting don’t waste your money. They use to be amazing but the past few years they have gotten really bad. The crab legs are brown and black. You can’t see inside the colored bag so you really can’t see what your getting till you open it. Sams club you really need a little quality control on your products!
