I've always used "off brand" bags. First from that red circle store, then from Sam's. I recently ran out, and bought these on sale. I figured they must be better by now. On my first bag used, I threw away some insulation from a food package. Nothing heavy. Just insulation from one box. I lifted up the bag and did a little tug to close the bag............and ONE OF THE HANDLES POPPED. Broke. With next to nothing in the bag, the bag failed. I can put 2 litter boxes worth of soiled litter in my other bags, close them in the very same way, and use the handles to carry it all the way outside. Without issue. If I could send them back, I would. Never again.

Ive never had this issue with 13 gallon trash bags before & I'm floored Im having it with a name brand product. I usually buy generic to save money but thought why not? We're not far into these at all & I'm so frustrated with them I want to throw them in the trash. They're doing it to 2 different trash cans so I know it's the bags. I don't recommend them.

These are some really good trash bags not only do they fit the trashcan perfectly. They also fit our 8 gallon trash cans we use in the nursery room and the good part is the scent isn’t just there the first time you open the bag. It’s continuously there definitely helps with any type of odor that might get put in that trash bag, when you pull it out to take it off the dump it, the scent is still just as appealing as it was when you put the fresh clean bag in to start with! These are awesome! They are strong they don’t rip and they snug the trashcan all the way around the outside edge just like you would hope the other ones did . Definitely purchasing over and over. :-)

-Bags and ties rip almost every time upon being lifted out of the kitchen garbage bin (and aren’t overloaded or heavy). 👎 Never had this issue with the similar Members Mark product. -Positive is the odor control seems to work okay, and doesn’t come with an overwhelmingly nauseating scent 👍 Won’t purchase again.

NO SCENT! This is automatically a win win. The trash bag companies have lost their minds with their overpowering scents added, enough to make you sick. This product is now packaged with less trash bags as it was originally packaged a few years ago. Luckily for me, my household, it takes me a year to go through a box. So ultra strong....a gimic, but they do what they are supposed to.

I am VERY disappointed in the quality of these bags, especially with a brand name like Hefty!! They are evidently not a strong bag, even though they claim to be "ultra strong". I have a 13 gallon trashcan, which they are made for, and barely anything is in it before they start slipping down into the container. And there's something at the top that holds the trash bag in place! I have never had this happen before, and it is so bad that I'm going to return these to Sam's Club. I DO NOT recommend!

Will be going back to Sams''s brand immediately. These bags are horrible, the majority of them do not have the ties attached to the bag so when you try to tie them the tie pulls straights out of the bag. Will never buy this brand again. I have 3 boxes, lets hope the next box works, but I doubt it.

Strong and durable!

These bags are rubbish! So far, every one we’ve tried has broken at the closure/tie. Only bought them because they were scent free.

These are too short for my 13 gallon kitchen trash can. They keep falling down and that is aggravating!
