- 4 out of 5 stars review5/30/2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking for a Serta Hybrid mattress when this opportunity to try this one came up. I love the hybrid concept of having both coils and memory foam, and This is a very good mattress. I love the added support that you get as opposed to strictly memory foam. My only issue is that I feel much more motion of my partner moving than I did with a straight memory foam mattress or some of the other Serta models we tried at the store. All in all this is a very high quality mattress and box spring, and I would definitely recommend it.

We thought about it, went to other stores, tried out similar mattresses, etc. The most similar mattress we could find elsewhere with similar technology and features was $2000! We promptly returned to Sam's club to buy this mattress. It's amazing to sleep and not wake up with a sore back! Thanks so much Serta and Sam's Club!

I need more support due to my back injuries but this bed suites as both! Is soft enough for comfort but firm enough for back support. My only complaint would have to be that the middle seems to be dipping in already, otherwise it's a great bargin.

I would recommend this product and when I get ready to replace my King mattress that I currently have, I will probably go with this brand and type.

Both of us are not able to sleep on this mattress because it is so soft. When you sit on the side of the bed it compresses to half of its normal height. When you try to roll over on your side it is very difficult because you have sunk into the bed so much. And the warranty is useless, I have been handed off from Sam's help desk to Serta but not one ever picked up the transferred call. Stay away from this mattress unless you want to sleep on a pile of mush.

As long as you follow the directions that come with the mattresses, they will last as advertised. Our previous Serta mattress finally had to be replaced, and we upgraded to the Glenmore Plush Top, and are very happy with the set for the price we paid.

The mark up on products is ridiculous and both Serta and Sam's club are wrong for charging that much for no frame. Bed is very plush. Probably wouldn't buy again though. Doesn't feel like the quality is as high as the price. I've owned other Serta perfect sleepers from the cheaper line and I'd recommend those over this.

Our mattress was way overdue for an upgrade in both size and comfort and this mattress hit both marks while also staying very cool. We love the added room that the king mattress offers and will probably never buy another bed for ourselves that isn't a king sized bed. We also have been very pleased with serta and look forward to purchasing more products from serta.

Even if 2 or more people lay down it does not lose it's shape. The mattress also remains at a nice temperature due to it's gel foam. Mu wife and I are very happy with the purchase and sleep much better!

This was supposed to be the same mattress that we bought two years ago and loved, but it is not. We've been sleeping on a queen size set for two weeks and it is very soft. My husband causes the bed to be lower on his side and when I get up in the morning, an impression is left that takes some time to level out. It also retains heat, which is not ideal. I sleep better with a quilt over the mattress. The children like their twin size mattresses sets I would buy from Sam's Club again, but not this mattress.

I love the perfect balance between firmness and comfort. The additional layer of foam on the top does not feel too soft. My sleep has definitely improved since I started using this mattress. Also, it is priced such that its one of the best deals they have. Would highly recommend.

I get hot at night but this bed really does fell cool when you lay on it..its crazy how it works but it does and i love it. Another crazy part is that when i get out of bed to go to the bathroom the bed doesn't move or shake and wake up my wife..now that's a plus! When I lay on it and it forms to my body and the way i sleep! This is the nicest quality mattress we have ever owned. If and i say "IF" cause i can see this mattress lasting us a long while, we will be getting another Serta for sure. Thanks Serta for such a great product, my money was well spent

Previously, I had slept on generic twin mattresses and never thought much of a bed as a catalyst for my happiness. The Perfect Sleeper Luxury Hybrid proved me wrong! I have never been an individual that struggles to sleep, but this mattress makes sleeping a delightful experience and provides a comforting sanctuary to rest one's eyes after a hard day's work. The cushion is not to soft and not too firm; it would be Goldilocks' delight! I have noticed no change in form since my purchase and am whole-hardheartedly confident that this mattress will serve me well for years to come!

I like the fact that I don't feel my husband moving so my sleep is undisturbed. It offers good support and with the pillow top it makes the mattress comfy. It does keep us cooler during the nite. I wake up feeling much more refreshed and with no back aches! That in itself says a lot! I definitely would recommend this mattress to everyone!

We found it very comfortable in store and finally gave in after me being sick of sinking to the middle of our old mattress. The 1st few weeks I was happy, but waking up very sore and started getting migraines more frequently again. I gave it time for us to adjust meanwhile I started waking up with bruises on my hips and shoulders! That should never happen with an "ultra plush"!
