We always have this on hand. It is great for soups, but we add it to a lot of other dishes as well. Great flavor, not too salty.

I USE LOADS OF THIS INT THE WINTER MAKING STEWS AND POT ROAST. JUST A LITTLE THICKENING AND YOU HAVE GRAVY TO GO WITH YOUR ROAST
