It has just the right amount of sweetness, which is unexpected knowing that it contains no added sugar. I enjoy that there's no added sugar and that it's only 100 calories, so if you're counting calories, this is a great addition to my day because it won't take up too many of my calories. I enjoy that this yogurt has 3 grams of fiber per cup, so I know I'm getting enough fiber for the day, or that the kids are getting enough fiber if we have it for breakfast or a snack. I enjoyed the mixed Berry flavoring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried the Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla yogurt and was extremely pleased. The texture was very smooth and the vanilla flavor was yummy. I generally go for nonfat yogurt but did enjoy the creaminess of the Oikos product.

I am guessing that if you enjoy this kind of yogurt then the quality is pretty good. I myself do not like the oikos triple zero mixed berry at all.

It was smooth and full of mixed berry flavors. I could eat this yogurt straight up. It does make an awesome smoothie when mixed with frozen mixed berry fruits.
