[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this yogurt because of the high protein and no artificial sweeteners. I liked it very much. The yogurt is very thick and creamy, had a delicious strawberry flavor and all of the tang in real yogurts. It seemed to be very naturally creamy and not artificially thickened with corn starch or other thickeners. It was also very surprisingly rich for a non fat yogurt.

You wouldn’t even know it has no sugar in it. This yogurt is extra delicious and makes me feel good about what I’m putting into my body to fuel it. It makes the perfect snack between meals and the strawberry flavor is better than any other strawberry flavored yogurts I’ve tried! Totally recommend!

THE SUDDEN CHANGE IN RECIPE, WITHOUT INFORMING CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN EATING IT FOR CLOSE TO 2 YEARS, WAS JUST NOTICED - they no longer have fiber in it , and they now use tapioca starch, so for those allergic or for those particular people that cannot have that in their diet, this was a surprising change. I believe chicory root was what used to be there instead.

These were a must have when we did keto. It's not easy to find anything that satisfies a sweet tooth without all the sugar or carbs, so this yogurt really came through for us! It's one of the only brands that we were able to find that would work with keto.

This yogurt only has slight hint of that, it’s smooth in texture and tastes surprisingly sweet considering it doesn’t list any sweeteners in the ingredients.

This has just enough sweetness and a great strawberry flavor. I love to eat this in the morning. It’s a healthy alternative for breakfast, snacks, or lunch!

This Greek yogurt is made it with milk but it contains less lactose which is good. Plus it has a lot of protein at least 15g in every 5.4OZ . No sugar added, no artificial sweeteners, no fat and is gluten free. One of the healthiest yogurt out there 😋

With 15 grams of protein, it keeps me full in between meals and with zero fat,zero additional sugars and zero added artificial sweeteners , there was zero guilt in this flavorful treat. I can eat it alone or with a banana and feel full for hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with Okios triple zero greek yogurt! I love that it has 0% fat and no artificial sweeteners. The mixed berry is really good! Great for a fast breakfast and all the protein keeps me feeling satisfied until lunch. I also like to put it in the freezer for an evening sweet snack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally I really like Oikos yogurt. If I eat yogurt, I always eat Greek and usually strawberry. When I saw a low fat, no sugar option, I was very excited. However this yogurt was not it. If I did a blind tasting, I couldn’t have told you that the flavor was strawberry. Luckily it didn’t have a synthetic sweetener taste but it was also very bland. Despite being 0% fat, it still had the consistency of Greek yogurt and it did keep me full the remainder of the day. (I ate this as a snack during lunch) I probably wouldn’t purchase this variety of yogurt again.
