Until I discovered Oikos Tripple Zero. It is the perfect trifecta: Delicious Greek yogurt, scrumptious vanilla and Zero sugar. My favorite way to eat it is by mixing it into my cereal. Try it, you’ll love it.

It is packed with 15g of protein and has a nice, creamy texture. It doesn't have an aftertaste so that's a plus with me. I am willing to try other flavors because of the nutrition benefits.

It’s not like a cheap yogurt and it’s not filled with all these added sugars. The vanilla is my go to because you’re able to do so much with it. I can eat it by itself or add it into a smoothie for some added protein. The protein is pretty high as well and it’s very filling too.

I love that it has 0% fat and no artificial sweeteners. The mixed berry is really good! Great for a fast breakfast and all the protein keeps me feeling satisfied until lunch. It has some extra protein which is great for a pre or post workout snack. I personally think it has too much Stevia sweetness in it, and I think it would be even better if it had a little less sweetness and more Greek yogurt flavoring. Regardless, it is a lot less in calories than other yogurt brands.

I showed him the nutritional content on my carton of Oikos and was shocked to see that there is no longer any fiber content! What? What caused the change? I consider that a negative. Is there an explanation?

The individual packaging is perfect to throw in a bag for on the go. It is sugar, fat, and artificial sweetener free. It has a smooth creamy texture that is pleasant, unlike some of the yogurts that are thin and gloppy. There is a bit of a sour after taste when you eat it alone. Adding fruit takes care of that

I buy a few of these every week. I love the flavor and richness of this yogurt. I also love that it has a lot of protein and zero fat, artificial sweeteners, or added sugars. It only has 100 calories per serving and has a decent carb count along with a higher protein count. It fills me up and leaves me feeling satisfied. I'm looking forward to trying a few of the other flavors soon!
