- 4 out of 5 stars review1/26/2023A lot of protein filled things tend to taste gritty, but this yogurt was smooth and delicious. I like to pair it with supplements seeds and fruit, the protein helps me with my goals & keeps me fuller longer. I would definitely buy this yogurt again :)

- 3 out of 5 stars review10/8/2022I love this yogurt and while it was unique, I did enjoy the fact that there was fiber in the yogurt by adding Chicory root to the product. It appears that the ingredient list was recently changed and chicory root was removed. In addition, they seem to have increased the cholesterol content as well. Now, it's just like any other yogurt on the market.

Texturally it's like a melted ice cream soupiness and no more fiber. I miss the regular texture and the lack of fiber. Sorry to say but the grainy soupy texture is a turn off. I thought I had a bad container until I opened another just the same. Gross graininess to it. Won't be buying again. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

It’s creamy and and isn’t too sweet. I like that it is zero in all the places I’m trying to watch. I enjoy adding fruit and granola to it. Highly recommend it.

Now that they have sealed/connected three flavors together, when you go to separate them they tend to tear an edge and yogurt spills out, go back to not connecting them. Thanks….

I absolutely loved that this product has 0 Fat, 0 Added Sugars and 0 Artificial Sweeteners. Its packed with 15g of Protein in each container. Not only is it a wonderful addition to your regular healthy routine but it tastes delicious. There are several flavors to choose from and all of them are wonderful.
