I like that these yogurts are a good source of that for my breakfast. I will say that this yogurt had a little bit of an artificial sweetener taste/aftertaste to it. If you add some granola or fruit, it's not as noticeable.

I purchased the mixed berry and I LOVE it. It was smooth and filled with flavor. It is my new favorite by far. I am trying to eat more protein and am happy to say this yogurt is packed with protein. I usually am not a fan to Greek yogurt but this yogurt has changed my mind.

These are delicious and have a ton of protein in them without a ton of added sugar and fat. I like to keep these as a really quick snack or even dessert that is satisfying and keeps me full.

Creamiest yogurt I ever had. Glad it's not full of sugar which helps to control weight. High in protein that's also beneficial in weight control. I like the fact it's healthier than regular yogurt. Less sugar and a higher protein content for me is good. I definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking for a healthier and flavorful yogurt.

Flavor check- no artificial taste, not too sweet, mild Strawberry taste takes the typical more sour taste of Greek yogurt down a lot, it's not chunky but not creamy, texture was nicer than I remember. So, I'd try this again, although it's not my favorite Yogurt out there, my daughter loves the Greek yogurts with honey and some topping such as nuts or raising or other small amount of topping to give it some layer...
Better for you than regular yogurt
