I love these yogurts, and the best thing is that they are for my diet, with no added sugars. This brand has many flavors and I like the creaminess and exact quantity of each unit.

This is a great quick morning protein boost, it still has that natural sweetness and has a thick creamy texture. Super fresh and add some fruits with granola makes it the perfect breakfast or quick treats.

3 stars for 15 grams of protein, zero grams of sugar, zero artificial sweeteners, and zero grams of fat. But the taste is very bland. It has very little berry taste. Best eaten with added fruit, or in a smoothie.

This is such a helpful product all around with wellness. It's a great protein source for it to not have that awful usual protein taste or texture, Oikos is definitely a go to when it comes to reliably tasty products for trying to eat healthier!

Consistency of product freshness and texture is hit and miss. Some boxes the yogurt is without that runny liquid, nice smooth top and firm, but other boxes the yogurt looks like someone threw the box up against the wall a few times and the product is runny, not smooth, and overall unappetizing. I'd say it's a 50/50 shot at getting a fresh looking batch. It may also be due to improper storage if the yogurt is very runny texture.
