Just started eating Yogurt a few months ago via a clinical study. Surprised by the taste. I have erratic work & volunteer hours. My meal planning is non-existent so having a simple, good tasting, high protein food item takes some of the shame away.

Have been buying this yogurt for years...my family and I pack them in our lunches and use them for making our smoothies. Not so sure I'll continue to purchase Oikos as the ingredients have been changed.

My favorite yogurt, eat it every morning with a little protein granola for crunch. Keeps me feeling full and energetic all morning. Best way to start your day! Smooth and tasty love the vanilla but comes in many flavors.

I love this yogurt. When I started weaning off of sugar, this was my go to. It is not sweetened with anything artificial, and its also a great source of protein. It also helped improve my gut health since it's a natural probiotic.

Very disappointed that fiber has been removed from what was formerly a superior product. Will not purchase again until chicory root is restored to the list of ingredients. Poor!

This is the PERFECT snack after a workout!! 15g of protein as is and then I like to mix a little scoop of whey with it for some extra! Is so good and a greatttt protein source.

This line of yogurt is my favorite. I hate yogurts that are loaded with sugar so these are perfect. The lemon tart flavor is the best. They are perfect addition in smoothies or topped with granola for a high protein snack.

This is the perfect quick breakfast or snack when I am trying to loose weight. It has a lot of protein which helps build muscle and stay full. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a yummy snack.

This is one of my favorite yogurts I've had. I used to get a yogurt parfait from a restaurant and I loved it so much I finally asked them what brand they used and it was this! I'm telling you this is one of the best tasting yogurts out there.
