I seriously love these ! I use them all the time when I need to meet my protein goal. They're 15grams of protein , low in calories and sugar. I throw them in a smoothie or eat them with fruit. Super yummy!!

I eat these everyday and if you are health conscious these are perfect. They are low calories for the amount of protein you get and taste delicious. All of the flavor options are good and there isn't one I wouldn't recommend.

The vanilla flavor isn't my specific favorite but I really enjoy this brand. You have to make sure it's not labeled low fat because that just means it's pumped full of sugar.

I am usually a bit picky about vanilla yogurt as some has a weird aftertaste but this is so good! On its own or with so fruit it's a great snack that helps me stay full i with no added sugar!
