Awesome way to get your protein in without weird synthetic protein powder taste. I love the vanilla one but the other flavors are great to. It's a good snack and a good breakfast.

I liked the idea of high protein and low carbs, but why oh why did they make it low fat!?! And then add tapioca starch to thicken. And water? Water in yogurt, why? It's Disgusting. I'm hoping if I add cream to it I'll be able to eat it...

This is a staple in my house. They are thick, taste amazing, and grams in so much protein. Best for overnight oats or even freeze a small amount and it's a great ice cream.
