I love oikos yogurt. Actually eating this flavor as I write this. I love using the Vanilla one for any of my mix ins. I think they are absolutely delicious!! The nutritional value is great. My favorite brand of yogurt

I like the Oikos Triple Zero Strawberry Yogurt. I eat this brand almost everyday. I like to switch up the flavors every now and then. Great texture, flavor and creamy.

This makes a great base for a greek yogurt parfait with fresh fruit and either granola or oats. Super filling while still on the healthier side if you track macros!

I liked the idea of high protein and low carbs, but why oh why did they make it low fat!?! And then add tapioca starch to thicken. And water? Water in yogurt, why? It's Disgusting. I'm hoping if I add cream to it I'll be able to eat it...
