I always have Oikos Triple Zero on hand. I love the consistency, flavors and nutrition content. I am watching my weight and this fits well in my guidelines without excessive sugar.

I’m not a huge fan of Greek yogurt due to the typical gritty texture, but this one is pretty nice. Sometimes I’ll add just a tiny bit of vanilla extract to boost the flavor but it’s good on its own as well.

High in protein. Great for macros. Awesome taste. Can be found at most grocery stores. Love the flavor options! Bought several of these on my last trip. Looking forward to trying more of the flavor options. I consider it to be a healthy snack.

I eat one everyday, low sugar, high protein, this is a staple in my lunch everyday! They taste great and do not have a protein flavor. My FAVORITE yogurt

Wow if you have not tried this yogurt you don't know what you have been missing. With only 1gram of sugar 0 fat it also taste great. This is a staple in my house for breakfast or a quick snack.
