I was always drinking a protein shake when I was feeling like snacking in the mid afternoon to try to easy the urge to eat crap. My brain just seems happier eating protein vs drinking it. So I've replaced my protein shakes to this. Its been a great alternative and my brain is happier eating vs drinking protein. Plus its more convenient It has almost the same protein with less sodium while still getting 9 essential amino acids.

You wouldn't even know this is made with zero fat, zero sugar, and zero other sweeteners. PLUS packing in 15g of protein in this single cup! It tastes just as creamy and delectable as any other, if not more! It has all of the magical vanilla flavor just with more protein! It's truly a win win! I am a huge Oikos fan and they also have other great flavors too. Pictured is mine topped with a great apple cinnamon granola! Highly recommend.

Great flavor and keeps me full for a decent amount of time. This is the daily breakfast I take to work and it doesn't get boring. The vanilla flavor goes great with a variety of fruit or granola to change it up. Individual packages are great for packing and on the go.

We have tried several low sugar brands and found this to be the best tasting, creamy and flavorful! Favorite for us is are Vanilla, Blueberry and Strawberry, all of which we have regularly for a healthy breakfast or midday snack. Can purchase singles or 4 pack and although slightly higher than other brands, will continue to purchase because it tastes great and one the entire family will eat!

I like that these yogurts are a good source of that for my breakfast. I will say that this yogurt had a little bit of an artificial sweetener taste/aftertaste to it. If you add some granola or fruit, it's not as noticeable.

This was recommended to me during my liquid diet before and after my gastrectomy. They all taste great, no stomach upset, no fake sugars. It does seem drier than other yogurts so I mixed in some ff milk with mine. Stacks well in fridge and freezes well for a frozen dessert.
