this is my go to snack at the hospital! working 12 hr shifts can be exhausting but i feel that this yogurt is low calorie and very tasteful compared to other ones ive tried! i say its more like a thicker consistency since its greek but i typically cut fruit and put granola inside and it makes the best difference!

THIS IS MY FAVORITE SNACK EVER. This yogurt is super low cal and high in protein. Not too many carbs for how good it tastes. I have been lifting heavy so need sources to get extra protein through food and this is perfect for an afternoon snack for parfait.

I decided to give this Oikos triple zero vanilla a try, and while the taste and consistency takes some getting used to, I do think that while I am trying to be healthier for 2022, I may switch it up and incorporate more yogurt into my diet. The Oikos brand is definitely good, and I expect to add more to my refrigerator soon.

I have eaten this yogurt for quite some time now. As a Greek yogurt, it is a little thicker consistency than regular yogurt, but it smooths out when you stir it. I am a prediabetic, so I am always looking for healthy treats to satisfy my hunger. I love this yogurt with fresh fruit on top, chia seeds, or plain. Without dietary restrictions, the yogurt would also be amazing with granola, tiny chocolate, chips, etc. These are perfect for breakfast, lunch or snacking. I have a good appetite, and I find these these filling and satisfying.

I legit reach for this as a “snack” when I'm needing something sweet around the house and it satisfies my craving.

The flavors and rich and delicious in this vanilla yogurt that has 0 sugar added, 0 artificial sweeteners, and 0 fat. I highly recommend this Oikos tripe zero yogurt when looking for yogurt that is good and good for you!

This is the only Low sugar flavored greek yogurt that doesn't use artificial sweetners OR gums, they do use tapioca starch but that doesn't personally bother me. As someone with some digestive issues, I actually like the removed fiber, it's not natural and if you're worried throw some flax seeds or oat bran on top. It tastes really good and clean and has a good texture and mouthfeel, with a good balance of tang, sweetness and vanilla.

This is a refreshing alternative, though I suspect some of the benefits are missing such as natural probiotics and antioxidants. Despite this, it is quite tasty and comes in an easy to access cup for on the go yogurt fans!

Just bought a new four pack yesterday and was disappointed when I opened it and the texture was very different and tasted weird. I thought it went bad so I threw them all out. Went back to the store and bought another four pack today. Same thing. Weird texture and taste. It's not thick and creamy like it was, it's more watery and kind of reminds me of a watered down tapioca pudding. Very disappointed ☹️
