I love it. I love the calorie content, I love the protein content, and the carb count. I love the size of the container, especially the wide opening (you know the brand that has the tall narrow containers your spoon won't fit into?? Annoying) and I love how there is space for toppings. It has a great flavor, and a good price point.

This is my everyday low sugar, low fat yogurt. It is best for a high protein, low sugar diet for me. It has great taste of vanilla touch. Besides the taste, I greatly appreciate that it is a good source of fiber. I tried this yogurt when my diet needed to be very high in protein, very low in sugar and carbs. This has been a great option for me.

Did you know that by adding cinnamon and some granola and dipping apples into the mix this creates a deconstructed apple crisp? No, well now you do! My kids ask for the 'apple crisp'all the time as a snack instead of the sugary sweets. And I'm more than happy to always have single serve containers or the quart sized ones on hand for whenever they need a sweet healthy snack. This is a favorite of ours and I love that I can pop a single serve in my lunch and have it at work as well.

My favorite yogurt ever. I usually buy the biggest tub. I buy every week. Use it in smoothies or top with granola. It's perfect..smooth, creamy, zero fat and price is comparable. It comes in various flavors if you like to have a nice snack during the day for a little pick me up.

I have been eating yogurt for several years for health reasons but it was full-fat yogurt. I began a low-calorie diet plan a few months ago and knew I needed to change from full-fat to low- or no-fat yogurt. I discovered Oikos Triple Zero yogurt and gave it a try. It took me a couple of days to get used to the texture but now I love it. 90-100 calories plus 15 grams protein is perfect for me.

He absolutely loves it and the man's I get it for him every time we go to the grocery store. Was you can never go wrong with anything that Dannon makes they also make a bunch of different flavors.

I just bought my usual oikos triple zero mixed berry and was shocked at the change. Texturally it's like a melted ice cream soupiness and no more fiber. I miss the regular texture and the lack of fiber. Sorry to say but the grainy soupy texture is a turn off. I thought I had a bad container until I opened another just the same. Gross graininess to it. Won't be buying again. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I was always drinking a protein shake when I was feeling like snacking in the mid afternoon to try to easy the urge to eat crap. My brain just seems happier eating protein vs drinking it. So I've replaced my protein shakes to this. Its been a great alternative and my brain is happier eating vs drinking protein. Plus its more convenient It has almost the same protein with less sodium while still getting 9 essential amino acids.
